Description
Seabase Speedcote S7 is a solvent based sealing finish for wood and fibreglass to produce a matt finish. Use to seal all wood, or fibreglass after laminating. (Essential as fibreglass absorbs moisture over time). S7 is harder wearing than water based WB8 as it has a higher solids content delivered in a solvent base.
2-3 coats per side is a sufficient application. Can be diluted with 20% anti-bloom thinners to regulate the flow through your air gun for an ideal spray. Very quick drying. Very quick curing. Overcoat within 30 minutes, full cure within 4 hours. This new version is a high solid content tough, methacrylated coating made specifically for coating wood, fibreglass and other areas requiring a hard wearing surface.
Also known as Speedcoat. Inflammable. Can be an irritant. Not pleasant without full respiratory or full mask respiration. See the SDS for full details.
