This expanded polystyrene (EPS) has superior bead fusion combined with far more consistency and quality compared to slab EPS, and new mould designs by renowned shapers and designers like Eric Arakawa, have enabled us at Seabase to take epoxy surfboard construction to new levels of competence and industry leading creativity. User friendly, recyclable, US Blanks super-fused EPS requires less resin making lighter, stronger surfboards. Shape moulded under considerable pressure, this EPS is far more air and water-tight than any of its predecessors, yet offers superior bonding with high quality epoxies such as Resin Research’s epoxy range.  Available in sizes from 6’05” to 10′, superfused EPS is the first choice of progressive surfboard manufacturers  like Quiver Surfboards .
